Join us for the 2023 Camp Navigate Community Challenge for good old fashion competition and a whole lot of fun! Teams from around the Wabash Valley will gather to battle it out in team tournaments and individual “field events” to win the title of Camp Navigate Community Challenge Champions.
This year’s challenge, on February 11th hosted at Woodrow Wilson Middle School, will raise funds for our newest program, Camp Navigate’s Leaders Lab. Located in the Ryves neighborhood, The Leaders Lab will serve as an after-after school program that will provide hot meals, homework help, and exposure to extracurricular activities from community partners. We have no doubt that The Leader’s Lab will be another wonderful extension of Camp Navigate’s mission of instilling employability skills, healthy habits, servant leadership and passion for community collaboration in the youth and future leaders of Terre Haute.
This event is back by popular demand and we are excited to welcome our 2023 teams to the Community Challenge! All you need is a team name and a team captain!
It is our hope that the Camp Navigate Community Challenge will create awareness about Camp Navigate’s mission, values and programs, as well as, generate vital funding for our work by bringing the community together to navigate challenges that highlight the importance of leadership, teamwork and soft skills. Register your team today and start recruiting up to 10 of your most competitive and fun friends, co-workers, family or whoever to join your team. On Febuary 11th arrive to Woodrow Wilson 30 minutes before your first event (team captains need to arrive for team check-in at 7:30 am). There are a variety of ways to accumulate points (not all of them require athletic ability) and the team with the most points at the end of the day will be named the 2023 Camp Navigate Community Challenge Champions!
